I have done a lot of research plus I now want a building automation system! I can’t guess I didn’t feel about it before.
I am totally from apartment when I work now! Everything is contained to one room.
In order to save energy plus currency, I need to automate things. I want to have it so my office knows to turn on the HVAC right before my work day. I then want it to power off when I normally finish. I want the lights to start bright when I work plus slowly dim until they power off. It will motivate me to finish plus then legitimately quit. I also want to control humidity, air quality, plus fan speed in that single space, but the rest of the apartment doesn’t need HVAC or lights. It can be totally vacant since I work, but the moment I am done it would be nice to have automated lighting plus integrated HVAC in the rest of the home. I want to not flip a switch or hit a button, however with a BAS you don’t need to do anything like that. The system learns what you like plus will do it. Or you can decide to set a program plus keep it that way. It might be a heavy initial investment however feel of what I am saving. I will no longer need to supply HVAC for the majority of my house. I am not going to accidentally leave on lights anymore since they will automatically power down. It makes the apartment worth more as well.
