I have done a lot of research & I now want a building automation system, but i can’t believe I didn’t know about it before.
I am totally from house when I toil now.
Everything is contained to one room. In order to save energy & cash, I need to automate things. I want to have it so my office knows to turn on the Heating & A/C right before my toil day. I then want it to power off when I normally finish. I want the lights to beginning bright when I toil & slowly dim until they power off. It will motivate me to finish & then truly quit. I also want to control humidity, air quality, & fan speed in that single space, but the rest of the house doesn’t need Heating & A/C or lights. It can be totally vacant since I work! But the moment I am done it would be nice to have automated lighting & integrated Heating & A/C in the rest of the home. I want to not flip a switch or hit a button, and with a BAS you don’t need to do anything like that. The system learns what you like & will do it, or you can decide to set a program & keep it that way. It might be a heavy initial investment however know of what I am saving. I will no longer need to provide Heating & A/C for the majority of my house. I am not going to accidentally leave on lights anymore since they will automatically power down. It makes the house worth more as well.
