I can not sit in my home any longer! When I first bought it 30 years ago, it was a wonderful thing that all the people were envious of. However, through the years I never changed in addition to put off fixing things that I should have had been done immediately. For the past three weeks it has been pouring rain outside in addition to inside! I did not realize it for awhile, but then I saw that my roof had holes throughout the entire thing. I have used all the pots in addition to pans I own, in addition to a couple trash buckets, to catch the water dripping from the ceilings. Another thing about this home that I can not stand is the fact that the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning plan is completely done for. The a/c stopped absolutely working around 5 years ago, in addition to I figured I could go without that. The gas furnace just broke down a few months back, although I figured because it is the hotter space of the year that I could wait a bit longer to buy a new gas furnace. However, now that the storm has lasted so long it has gotten a bit chilly in addition to I am wishing I had the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning units fixed sooner. The thermostat barely operates, I have to push the buttons super hard for them to work at all. Instead of buying an all new Heating in addition to Air Conditioning equipment in addition to a roof, I may just end up buying a new house.
