I am very happy for my son because this is his last year in HVAC training. I have watched my son’s interest for HVAC grow ever since he was a young child. When I first signed him up for an HVAC class in highschool he wasn’t excited, but I remember the first time he came home and told me he loved his HVAC class. All night long he wouldn’t stop talking about HVAC systems and how he wanted to fix them. He told me he loved learning about the HVAC parts and how they go together. After a few weeks in the class he started to take apart our air conditioner to see if he could clean it. At first I was a little nervous about my son messing with the HVAC unit, but then I realized he was cleaning my AC unit for free! Normally I have paid a ton of money for an HVAC technician to come out. I knew that he would be an HVAC technician when he put the AC unit back together and asked if there were any more HVAC units he could play with. He tells me that he already has plans for his own HVAC business and he knows that he will have the best HVAC technicians around. He already has friends that want to work at his HVAC business and he hasn’t even graduated from his HVAC training! It really has been fun to watch his HVAC skills grow and to see him so excited about something, even if it is heating and cooling.
