I really hate going to school.
I know that sounds like a really cliche thing for a high school student to say, but it is true.
Every day I walk into that school is a new kind of tourture. I have to deal with mean teachers, mean students and terrible food in the cafeteria. I really didn’t think that high school could get much worse, but the universe was about to laugh in my face. I walked into school yesterday and noticed that all the windows in the classrooms were open. We are not normally allowed to have the windows open so I knew that something was going on. I asked one of my teachers why the windows were open and she said the air conditioning in the whole school had stopped working. I started to laugh because I knew that the school would be able to afford to fix the air conditioning in a timely fashion. So we were going to be without air conditioning probably for the rest of the school year. We live in the south so it is already very hot outside and it’s only March. That means we have three months of school left without the air conditioning working. I didn’t think that I was going to be able to make it for three months without the air conditioning. I called my mom begging her to pick me up from school, but she said I was just being dramatic and that she would see me at the end of the day. I don’t think I am going to be able to take this much longer!
