Occasionally, it can be costly to be forgetful; I am actually glad with our a/c unit, however periodically I forget some basic maintenance that allows it to be as effective as it’s been.
I try to remember to change out the air filters correctly, however there was this a single time in particular where I forgot for quite a stretch of time! The a/c unit was working great at first, however over time I noticed some troubles. Airflow did not seem to be as strong as in the past, then my condo would still eventually get to the temperature I desired, so I ignored it. Then a single day, the a/c unit did not labor at all, in addition to I came to realize that the circuit breaker tripped. I did not suppose much of it at first in addition to fixed the problem in addition to continued to use the Heating plus A/C unit. The circuit breaker tripped again that night in addition to I did not realize it until I was sitting in bed all moderate in addition to hot. I fixed it again in addition to then went back to bed. Then, around 4 a.m. our eyup popped open in addition to I realized that I had not changed the air filter in forever! I changed out the air filter the next day in addition to called out an Heating plus A/C business for great measure. The Heating plus A/C business explained that there had been some major blockage of airflow, in addition to as a result, the blower was working overtime. This is what was tripping the breaker. It’s time I started posting notes on the refrigerator about Heating plus A/C maintenance!
