Whenever I change the air filter in the air conditioning plan in our house, I typically think about my uncle, and he helped me change the air filters in our home back when he was alive, and so now whenever I have to do it, I think about him plus remember him fondly.

He was one of those guys who knew how to do just about everything around the house. He also knew how to fix cars plus bikes plus everything else, the best part about him knowing how to do stuff was the fact that he typically taught me how to do that kind of thing too. He showed me what to do to maintain the heating and cooling plan at the home and I will forever be thankful for that now. My uncle showed me how to do all kinds of things and the best thing was how I learned to change the air filter in our air conditioning plan plus do some troubleshooting on our air conditioning system. I can’t even tell you how much currency that has actually saved me over the years. But it’s not actually even about money at this point. It’s actually more about the fact that my uncle used to spend so much time with me and care enough about me to teach me things.

My partner has a small cleaning company that he has been operating for some years now.

And while he really has done quite well for himself, he is thinking of ways to grow plus expand his home business.

Currently, he employs a few part-time employees plus they are generally able to execute all the cleaning contracts that they have. But now that he honestly wants to take on modern business, he will need to hire more people. I think that in addition to hiring more people, he should purchase a modern company car plus add custom car graphics to it. He is currently trying to pursue a contract to disinfect a modern construction home plus this honestly would be a major business move for him. And I think the modern truck purchase with the custom car graphics would be a good look when he’s on these new sites. Plus, having a truck with custom car graphics would be advertising for his company. And of course, more advertising means more money, which will then increase his bottom line. When I suggested this, he thought it seemed like a good idea plus I am ecstatic he did. We have a few custom wrap shops near us, so when it comes time to wrap the motorcar with the custom car graphics, there are a few sites to choose from. I will do some research before choosing the custom motorcar shop to make sure that the shop has good customer ratings plus that it is licensed plus registered to conduct such business in our town. I would dislike for us to choose a custom shop that is not a reputable business in town. Our partner will find out soon if he has a modern contract. Wish him luck.

I work for a major construction company in this state, plus the people I was with and I have a fleet of vehicles that our Superintendents regularly drive.

And of course, these vehicles get dirty, especially since they are being driven on construction sites where there is a whole lot of dust around.

And not to mention the inside of the trucks. They get dirty since the Supers spend a lot of time inside their trucks plus at times the truck is usually where they would eat their supper. And while each Super is totally responsible for keeping their trucks clean, there are times where that gets easily ignored. So, in order to maintain the upkeep of the vehicles, the company recently hired a professional motorcar detailing service to have the trucks washed plus professionally detailed. This motorcar detailing service is mobile, so they come to our company property to service our trucks. We have an important parking lot that has a small space where the motorcar detailing company sets up a tent to detail every one of the trucks. The process usually takes about a week to complete because the people I was with and I have so many plus each detail takes hours depending on the condition of the trucks. The service includes washing plus waxing the entire exterior plus vacuuming, wiping aways all dust plus debris, hand-shampooing the carpets plus all interior cloth materials. It is crucial to have the car nicely detailed by a professional motorcar detailing service because it actually helps to keep the trucks in good condition. And of course, this is crucial for us because our company fleet is leased vehicles.

See, we all have that dream that we never think will come true.

It’s such a big dream that you just keep it at the back of your mind.

Because the reality is you can’t see how that can work out. All my life I’ve lived in the city. All I know is the busy streets, apartments, and going to the park. But, once my aunt took me on a trip to the most beautiful place on earth. It’s this ranch with animals, a lake, and amazing views. I was 8, and since then I’ve wanted to live in such a place. But, I worked and earned minimum wage, so I never saw how that could happen. That’s until I met Drew. He walked into the restaurant to have a quick bite on his way to the next city. He was driving, and wanted to enjoy the views along the way. We ended up vibing, and I agreed to give him my number. That was back in 2018, and now I live in a cabin in such a place, and I still don’t believe this happened. The cabin was my design, and it even comes with the best heating and cooling system. This year, we had to turn on the heating early, because the cold weather was early. This is an amazing place to be, and sometimes we don’t even need AC during summer. However, when winter comes, there’s no way to survive without heating. It gets cold early, and spring comes late. I guess that’s the weather in a remote location with trees, and a lake. Still, I don’t mind turning on the heat, sitting by the window seat, and watching the snow fall. Dreams do come true. I am living proof of that fact.

Devon and I have been buddies for a couple of years.

When I moved to this location, I knew no one.

As a newcomer, I felt so isolated when I attended the first community gathering. Everyone seemed to know each other, and I was the new stranger. However, Devon approached me and introduced himself. He was such a jovial dude that we clicked immediately. Since then, I’ve met his family, and got to know many other people. See, I live in a house I inherited from my grandma. When a lawyer showed up at my apartment to give me the news, I was stunned because I knew I had no living relatives. But, it seemed she knew about me, and wanted to leave me the house, and some money. I visited the area, and instantly felt like that was where I wanted to be, so I let go of my apartment, packed my things, and relocated. It’s been 5 years now, and I must admit that was the craziest, and best thing to do. I work for a local HVAC business in town owned by this fella that I met through Devon. He was happy with my experience with both residential and commercial HVAC systems. Around here, there aren’t too many companies that need a commercial HVAC system. But, the business was expanding, and wanted folks to send to the next town that’s bigger. That has become my specialty, but I still work on residential HVAC systems when there are no commercial ones to work on. Just the other day I installed a cooling system with a high SEER rating for a repeat customer.

My partner plus I purchased a house.

We had an inspection performed on the home before we made our final offer.

The electrical corporation did not find any large concerns with the property and that was the final go ahead to make our offer. We did run into some electrical concerns after we purchased the house, one concern that we noticed instantly was the fact that an outlet in the kitchen did not seem to work at all. I plugged in lots of weird types of appliances to the outlet and none of them had power, but every other outlet in the living space worked just fine. In fact, all of the other outlets in the home seem to work except this one outlet. I removed the outlet cover and looked at the wiring plus it seemed to be set up in the respected manner, but since I’m not a licensed electrician, I thought it might be better to call someone who is. The licensed electrician plus repair repair provider came to my home to look at the problem. The guy thought it was actually weird that the outlet appeared to be wired to the house, because there was no power to the outlet. He needed permission to remove space from the wall in order to access the rest of the wiring. I agreed to let the guy break a hole as an access and repair panel next to the problematic area. The wires that were connected to the outlet were not connected to the electricity plus the house. It was absolutely an actually straight-forward concern to fix, but even the residential electrician had no idea why someone chose to make it look like it was wired when it clearly wasn’t.
