I recently lost my job, I was working for a big investment firm that was having financial trouble! I knew about the money complications, but I never thought they would effect me, and my boss called me to her office plus told me they were doing business wide layoffs plus I would have to pack up my things, then she was so rude about it plus I was truthfully relieved that I didn’t have to go back to that job anymore.
I made a decision then plus there that I wasn’t ever going to go back to the corporate world.
I knew my buddy Tommy owned an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C business that needed help with the evening shifts, the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C business operates all twenty four hours of the morning, so the evening shifts would include house calls. I honestly didn’t suppose this was going to be a tough job because I didn’t know anyone that had Heating, Ventilation plus A/C needs in the middle of the evening… But girl was I wrong. My honestly first evening, I had over five house calls. The Heating, Ventilation plus A/C needs ranged from air filter fluctuations to changing Heating, Ventilation plus A/C smart thermostats. I never thought I would be in this locale. I have a new baby at apartment plus my partner wants me to be apartment at all times, it’s honestly strenuous to work this evening shifts when all I want to do is be at apartment with my partner plus new baby. However, I have to pay the bills. I am hoping once I am not the new girl at work my schedule will change, but I suppose beggars can’t be choosers.
