I was hired by a hotelier last fall to help repair the heating devices within the hotel as the owner was looking to sell the building by the time winter rolled by. That was such a short time, however it would be achieved with constantly functioning systems. I gathered my team of experienced Heating, Ventilation plus A/C techs, plus my pal and I headed to the hotel to make an assessment! The customer settled on a geo heat pump, which is better than two heaters despite the high cost. Since there already was a series of ductwork. We redid the duct sealing plus installed the new system. It was not surprising that the hotel sold that fast. The owner’s investment in the hotel returned to him because of the quick sale before selling it.
