I fell while rock climbing; thermostat made hands sweaty

I loved rock climbing.

My friends and I went to the arcade every weekend and used the rock climbing wall.

We often challenged each other to go higher or take more chances. Last week, I fell off the rock climbing wall. I didn’t get hurt because there was a lot of safety equipment, but falling wasn’t fun either. When we walked up to the rock climbing wall, I said something about how warm it was in there. Whoever opened the arcade that morning, had boosted the thermostat and it must have been almost eighty degrees inside. I said something to the new manager, and he said there was a birthday party that afternoon. They wanted it to be warm for the kiddies. Warm was nice, but it was hot in there. I was sweating the higher I got up on the rock wall. By the time I got close to the top, I had sweat rolling into my eyes, and my hands were sweaty. My hands slid off the notches, and I fell. When I got off the wall and out of the restraints, I went to the manager’s office. I showed her the redness on my hands and told her I fell because they were sweating. She told me that everyone falls off the wall once in a while. I showed her the thermometer and asked her to turn the thermostat down. It was up to eighty-five. She looked at the thermostat and said it was only set at seventy-two, then picked up the phone. There was a problem with the thermostat and she was calling the HVAC company.
