Heat pump takes care of the humidity as well

This is the time of year when it seems care about all the nice stuff is in front of us.

When you live here and you get through the summer, it truly is care about having the best weather ever right in front of you.

We’re not completely out of the woods just yet when it comes to the heat. For us, the two of us have a many month period from July through July when the heat is intense. Normally, the summer time comes with un-even temperatures that hover near the century mark while in the peak heating hours of the day. And that’s every day. The un-even temperatures don’t fall but to the high 75’s at evening. So the HVAC cooling is running pretty much non stop. Without the wonders of the heat pump and the HVAC technology that make all that HVAC cooling possible, it might not be possible for myself and others to live here. But thanks to the commercial HVAC in the office and the residential HVAC at home, the two of us are able to manage. The thing though that doesn’t get recognized is the fact that the heat pump is also taking care of the humidity in the condo as well. The HVAC cooling process entirely balances the humidity level in the house. When the heat pump cycles on, the first thing it does is to begin extracting the heat energy from inside the house. Once it extracts that heat energy, it then exhausts it outside through those fins on the HVAC cupboard outside the house. But with the heat energy, the HVAC cooling process is also exhausting moisture from the air plus the heat energy. And our indoor humidity levels are then balanced.
