Recently in my condo I’ve been noticing a entirely excruciating smell.
For some reason I can only smell it occasionally when I am in the condo plus other times I can’t smell it at all! It is not just me that has been smelling the smell, my wife’s kids have too.
I have been wondering what the source of the smell is for quite some time now however I started to suspect that it was coming from my air ducts. This is because the air ducts are the only locale I cannot see into plus I have noticed that the smell seems to be coming from where the vents in the condo are. If this is the source of the problem I decided that I was going to go ahead plus call my heating plus A/C worker to come out plus take care of it. I got the Heating plus Air Conditioning business on the iphone plus thankfully they were able to come out the same morning. When she did not A/C I walked in plus she told me there was a absolutely strong mold smell in the house, I suppose it was much stronger than I noticed because I had gone nose blind to the smell. When she opened up a single of the air ducts she found a bunch of mold on the inside. She showed some of it to me plus I was entirely disgusted. She started laboring right away at deep cleaning the air ducts plus she even provided us a free HEPA filter. This heating plus A/C worker was so nice plus I was absolutely thankful for all she had done for us. Not only did she stay after her shift ended to continue cleaning our air ducts, however she installed the HEPA for us too! She told us that mold was dangerous plus she did not want our family to be a risk.
