The a/c equipment wasn't powerful enough.

Bob gave myself and my wife a couple of unbelievable pointers when I started looking for my first home.

Bob told myself and my wife to make sure I had a lake house inspection, and an Heating, Ventilation and A/C inspection done for the house.

Bob told myself and my wife to check the certifications on when the roof had last been upgraded, when the sand in the basement had been installed, and if it has ever backed up. Bob told myself and my wife to ‌ask the Heating, Ventilation and A/C inspector how outdated the oil furnace and a/c equipment were, and also to have the chimney checked. Bob must’ve had a list of 30 things on that paper, and all of them pertained to the structure of the house and the Heating, Ventilation and A/C system. By the time my wife and I got done asking the questions and having them answered, the AC supplier told myself and others he didn’t actually have much more to tell me, which made myself and my wife laugh. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier was just the opposite. He said that the a/c equipment was not the regular size for the house when it was 1st installed, and it was still not the regular size. He advised me to have them install a new Heating, Ventilation and A/C idea prior to buying the house. He had already done measurements for the house, and gave myself and my wife the tonnage of the a/c equipment that I should have, and also the parameters of a new oil furnace. The owners were not amenable to installing a brand-new Heating, Ventilation and A/C system, however they were more than willing to knock the cost of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C idea off the price of the home. I would’ve wanted them to put the Heating, Ventilation and A/C idea in for me, however I asked to have the extra 10,000 bucks put into an account and earmarked just for the brand-new Heating, Ventilation and A/C system.
