I had worked as a Heating, Ventilation and A/C tech in the town for almost 15 years.

Both of us found a house right outside of our old neighborhood and moved as soon as school ended in July, Jo wanted to spend the entire Summer getting prepared for finally working in his new area, and learning more about the area, the teachers, and others he would task with. I think I didn’t realize how intense, demanding and gruff I had become while finally working in the city. I treated the new Heating, Ventilation and A/C buyers love I treated the superintendents and owners of the lakeside buildings that I did Heating, Ventilation and A/C tasks for in the city. It wasn’t until the owner of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier called myself and others into the office 1 afternoon that I realized I had a big problem. He told myself and others the Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialists thought I was too difficult to task with. After reflecting on the way I was behaving, I knew I was the issue, and I had to regulate it. It took myself and others a month to change the way the other Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialists considered me, however I was still a long way from understanding how to task with the clients.
