I knew there was something wrong with the heater

My best friend plus I have been inseparable since we were little kids.

We grew up in houses right next to each other and did unquestionably everything together.

Everything changed when her dad got an up-to-date task and her family moved far away to another state. Now that I can drive, our mom lets me visit her every so often. I decided to take a weekend trip to her family’s lodge in the woods during the winter season. This is the time that I learned what a heating tune up is. As I was on our way up the mountain, the furnace completely stopped working in our car. I pulled over and restarted the car to see if I could jumpstart the heater, however nothing seemed to change. There was barely any air pushing out of the air vent, so I knew that something must have been certainly wrong. I was kind of worried to drive the car separate from the furnace because I felt like my hands would freeze to the steering wheel the higher I went up the mountain. I called our friend and told her that our oil furnace had broken and she asked her dad to meet me to see if he could repair it or give me a tow. I was pretty sure that he would be rolling his eyes at the fact that I didn’t want to drive without the heater, although he was glad to pick me up! Once wes got to their lodge, he finished opening my hood and went to work on my oil furnace so that I didn’t have to worry about it on our way back home. He advised that next time I travel to a certainly chilly location, I get a heating tune up in my car.
