I have done a lot of research plus I now want a building automation system; I can’t know I didn’t believe about it before. I am totally from household when I work now, everything is contained to one room. In order to save energy plus currency, I need to automate things. I want to have it so my office knows to turn on the Heating and A/C right before my work day. I then want it to power off when I normally finish. I want the lights to start bright when I work plus slowly dim until they power off. It will motivate me to finish plus then legitimately quit. I also want to control humidity, air quality, plus fan speed in that single space, but the rest of the house doesn’t need Heating and A/C or lights. It can be totally vacant since I work! But the moment I am done it would be nice to have automated lighting plus integrated Heating and A/C in the rest of the home. I want to not flip a switch or hit a button… With a BAS you don’t need to do anything like that. The system learns what you like plus will do it, however or you can decide to set a program plus keep it that way. It might be a heavy initial investment however believe of what I am saving. I will no longer need to give Heating and A/C for the majority of my house. I am not going to accidentally leave on lights anymore since they will automatically power down. It makes the household worth more as well.
