Very efficient air conditioning

I have a carport that has just sat unused for over a year, the previous homeowners put it a huge distance from the house; Why would I want to walk super far with groceries and my teenagers? I figured I would eventually come up with something for it, and it has a metal roof and two half metal sides.

What I am going to do is make it a usable office space, and my family is growing and my good friend and I are running out of room. My office is going to be a home office soon. I want to convert a carport into an office space with heating, cooling, water and electricity. I have looked at the metal sides and I feel I am going to need fiberglass insulation. I am a up-to-date father. My partner works and takes care of the baby. There is no time for me to do the fiberglass insulation upgrade on my own. I don’t even know if I want to do that or spray foam insulation. Insulation upgrade isn’t hard, it is just time consuming and tedious. I have looked around online and I did find a condo insulation repair business. That can do spray foam, vapor barriers, crawl space insulation and plain old insulation replacement and upgrade. Their fees seem reasonable for what I am getting, honestly I feel I would pay a pretty high fee to not deal with that stuff. I don’t have the time and my skin tends to react badly to the insulation, but after I get them in there I can add drywall and call in the other servicemans to make the space usable.

Everyone is cleaning today as it is Friday and the morning my friend and I do the cleaning for the week.

It really doesn’t take that long to disinfect though because my friend and I live in a small flat and have a robot vacuum cleaner that does most of the cleaning for the week in the flat.

My laundry is really simple in the Summer because I wear some board shorts, which I usually scrub in the bathtub when I take a shower, so my laundry is actually simple during the summers. My roommate is really disinfect and I really don’t see her as the local corporation where she works as a heating rep keeps her tied up most of the time. I work from condo and my friend and I usually have dinner together a few nights a week when she isn’t working at the store. I hope my friend and I can room together for one more year so that I can build a buffer of money in the bank so that when she leaves I won’t have to stress about finding another renter instantly. My associate and I both like the heating and cooling system and my friend and I usually like the control unit set at the same temperature, which is good because that can be a battle in itself if you have a tepid and frigid person living together. I like to keep it really cool at night so I can sleep well, however my last flatmate liked it warm at night, so needless to say it wasn’t so simple living together. But now, the cooling system can run all night and my friend and I are both fine.

I just got some Biofreeze frigid gel in my eye, real nice.

I put some on my lower back however didn’t scrub my hands, and now a few minutes later I rubbed my eye and now the gel is cooling my eyeball down actually nicely.

It burns and feels frigid at the same time, reminding me to scrub my hands next time I use the gel on my back. My lower back is feeling a bit better now after putting the frigid gel on it and it should be fantastic to go in a few hours. My zone control Heating, Ventilation & A/C system is working well to cool down my office, while the rest of the condo is warmer and not cooled down because there is no need for cooling system in the other empty rooms of the flat… I will work for another hour or so and then knock out some yoga and then head to the beach. I am not using much cooling system just yet though because it is the middle of May and the weather is still pretty moderate. My associate and I really won’t see the real heat for two more months, as it takes a couple months to transition from winter time to summer. In July and October my friend and I pretty much run the cooling system system all morning and night, however our power bills are still usually under $100 per month. My associate and I split the bills so I only spend money about $50 a month to have a nice cool flat all morning and night during the really tepid summers. It costs a bit more in the winters though.

They simply will not upgrade the heating and cooling equipment. I’m already dreading the fact that the heat and humidity are about to get serious in only a matter of like 5 weeks.
