I was blissful when our partner recommended that we do up some BBQ ribs, I loved the sound of it and said we could invite some buddies over too, then the only concern I had was the fact that it was a hot day already and we had to crank the A/C system, of course while I’d be out cooking, I was upset about the extreme heat.
When I went to the store to get the ribs, seasoning and everything else I needed for a small get-together, I was pleased with the temperature control settings in the store.
I also noted that the air quality was especially nice. Then I thought that I wasn’t going to experience nice air quality because it was going to be so hot and humid while I was cooking plus I would be smelling the smoke also, however it was consistently fun cooking up some nice ribs. You really have to slow cook them for a long time, I’m talking at least 4 hours or more. I had the wood pretzels in our rig smoking while the ribs were slow cooking and looking more delicious over time. The smell was to die for and my buddies showed up at just the right time. Of course because it was a hot day, I kept running in the apartment to get some air conditioner breaks. I knew the A/C wouldn’t have any complications because I just had the heating and cooling professionals work on our cooling method a few weeks ago plus they said everything is nice to go. I also have been using HEPA filters, so the air quality is so nice in our house, everybody kept talking about how nice the ribs were and how good the air quality was in our site. One associate even said he was jealous and he was going to take all our HEPA filters.
