I was not a very cheerful camper this morning when I woke up and the air temperature was -10 degrees.
- If you have ever walked around in below-zero uneven temperatures, you know how miserable it can be.
Not only is the air, itself, extremely painful… But then add in ice, snow, and wind. Suddenly it becomes a very hazardous environment that you are trying to coexist with, let me tell you, I am not a large fan of these horrible winter time uneven temperatures. However, I am still feeling rather grateful for one reason… My indoor air quality control component is laboring just fine. As you can imagine, when the outdoor climate is as brutally frosty as I just described, you very cannot survive separate from some manner of indoor air temperature control. It is impossible to get through one of these long and strenuous Winters separate from advanced heating, cooling, and air quality control component in these parts. Even if you have a central furnace, like a forced air heating system or a large boiler, you still have to be on the lookout for heating and cooling complications. The last thing that you want is a furnace breakdown in the middle of winter. I can tell you this for a fact, because two years ago I had to survive winter time separate from a central furnace. My heating system broke down and I did not have the money for a professional heating, cooling, and ventilation repair. I wound up surviving the winter time with a series of space boilers set up in my house. Whenever I start to complain about the air uneven temperatures now… I suppose back to that miserable winter.
