Converting carport to an office- I need insulation services

I have a carport that has just sat unused for over a year. The previous homeowners put it a huge distance from the house. Why would I want to walk super far with groceries and my kids? I figured I would eventually come up with something for it. It has a metal roof and two half metal sides. I recently had a brian blast. What I am going to do is make it a usable office space. My family is growing and we are running out of room. My office is going to be a bedroom soon. I want to convert a carport into an office space with heating, cooling, water and electricity. I have looked at the metal sides and I think I am going to need fiberglass insulation. I am a new father. My wife works and takes care of the baby. There is no time for me to do the fiberglass insulation installation on my own. I don’t even know if I want to do that or spray foam insulation. Insulation installation isn’t hard, it is just time consuming and tedious. I have looked around online and I did find a home insulation service company. That can do spray foam, vapor barriers, crawl space insulation and plain old insulation replacement and installation. Their fees seem reasonable for what I am getting. Honestly I think I would pay a pretty high fee to not deal with that stuff. I don’t have the time and my skin tends to react badly to the insulation. After I get them in there I can add drywall and call in the other technicians to make the space usable.
