I have been waiting impatiently to see my friend’s new home.
I remember when she told me she bought her first home we screamed together.
I have always seen my friend more as a sibling than anything else. We might as well be, we do everything together and get along great. We are both only kids, and so having a sibling-like figure was great. Due to hard financial times, my friend was really struggling to find affordable housing. Homes nowadays were crazy, but she didn’t want to live in an apartment due to bad experiences. I had the advantage of buying my home because everything was economically prosperous. So I was so proud of my friend when she finally bought her own home! I have been dying to come over and see it, but she kept giving me reasons as to why I had to wait. Her last reason was that the heating and cooling professional was coming over to install their new air conditioning system. It turned out she was having a ductless air conditioner as her main form of heating and air conditioning. Ductless HVAC is great for homes that have damaged or non-existent ductwork. Finally, a few months later, I was invited over. Her home was bigger than I expected and looked great! I could tell she chose a great ductless HVAC machine too, because her home felt as good as it looked! I had a great time in her new home, and I am so glad that her boyfriend and her are starting a new life in this home.
