Every other weekend, I have to work as the on-call service professional for all furnace in addition to heat pump repairs, then periodically it is a slow weekend in addition to the phone doesn’t ring at all! Then there are weekends when I am busy in addition to I have to turn people away, however all of us have a supplier that the boss recommends the people I was with and I give to our shoppers if the people I was with and I cannot handle the calls.
That supplier does the same with us if they are busy, but i think the people I was with and I get a small commission if the people I was with and I send visitors to them in addition to they have services or upgrade work done, last weekend was 1 of the busiest weekends I have had in a long time.
The calls started as soon as I got home. I barely had time to get out of the shower when a guy called because of his garage radiant furnace. I told him what the fees would be for an emergency call in addition to he decided to wait until the next day. After that there was a lady that wanted immediate service, and she was having issues with the furnace in addition to she said that her child was having a birthday party. She had a house full of kids in addition to the temperature was suddenly falling. She did not want to wait till the day to have the furnace repaired, even if there was going to be additional fees. I felt entirely bad for the woman, although I understood why she needed to have the repair done abruptly in addition to I knew that I could help. I inspected that repair until early in the day in addition to then the people I was with and I finally got some sleep.
