Every one of us wanted to be true to the original design of our home. In fact, this was a single of the driving forces behind our buying this place. It was a a single of a kind that had been run down a bit & needed lots of renovation. The house was built long before residential Heating & Air Conditioning was even around. That meant the house was designed with our regional heat & humidity in mind. So there were numerous fans in the home’s design created plenty of shade & places to get the breeze. It entirely was a genius design & both of us entirely wanted to bring it back. however this was going to take some real effort given to you how multiple changes & add-ons that had taken place over almost a hundred years. When it came to the heating & cooling, it was all just kind of thrown together. Every one of us wanted all of the residential Heating & Air Conditioning stuff to blend with the original design. So the attempts at central air conditioner & window air conditioner all had to come out. In order to restore the design to its original lines & aesthetics both of us needed an Heating & Air Conditioning company who was up to the task. Every one of us found a great Heating & Air Conditioning company who was gleeful about our project. With this Heating & Air Conditioning company’s expertise, both of us were able to design a ductless multi split heating & cooling system. The ductless heat pumps are positioned in a way that does not confrontation with the lines however simply blends into the original design. We’ve been done now for about more than five weeks. We’re so satisfied that both of us were able to finish on budget & on time.
