Rented office space for artisan company

As an artisan pottery maker, I don’t need a lot of space to do our work.

However, on the same note, as an artisan pottery maker, I need space outside of our condo in order to do our work & really make enough pieces to make a profit.

I don’t live in a sizable home & I need a kiln. I started looking online for solutions & I saw an ad for a supplier development center. Apparently, they had an artisan lake house for rent. I didn’t think you could even rent an artisan loft, so I busy an appointment with the supplier development center to take a look for myself. Sure enough, the employees at the supplier development center showed myself and others the artisan lake house for rent & it was everything that I needed for our business- including a kiln! I couldn’t think our eyes. The price per month…. well, it’s a little steep. However, I don’t mind. It is way more affordable to rent the artisan lake house than it would be to buy one & the supplier development center is really cooperative & understanding. It’s so superb to have a studio that is separate from our home. I still do a few projects at home but, for the most part, you can find myself and others at the supplier development center laboring on our pieces. Business has gone through the roof since I have been able to produce at a faster rate & “going into work” at the supplier development center that laboring from home just couldn’t provide (I’m sure several of you understand this now that we’re in the middle of a global pandemic, yes?). Anyway, the supplier development center has been great. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
