There are times I can’t help however assume like a total loser.
Driving at night now takes absolute concentration. A day after an fourths long bike ride is filled with all kinds of anti inflammatory meds, fourths of stretching plus then resting in the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C. Don’t even get myself and others started on what I have to eat now. It is just so complicated. The latest thing is the fact that my dust irritations are getting worse with each passing year. What was once just occasional hay fever like symptoms is now much worse. The air quality in my house has a great deal to do with it. Our home is sealed up slim in order to keep as much Heating, Ventilation plus A/C treated air in the house as possible. This means that there is a lot of air just being recycled over plus over. I have tried some expensive, fancy air filter built particularly for dust sensitivity sufferers. It wasn’t much help. I asked our Heating, Ventilation plus A/C dealer for some advice. They commanded that I install a whole house air cleaner so, I did just that. The Heating, Ventilation plus A/C tech came over plus connected the machine to the air handler part of the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system. This air cleaner uses the UV spectrum to kill all the contaminants in the air of my home. I don’t suppose I had any great expectations but, I did hope it would improve the air some. Boy, was I ever surprised. It took less than half the day to see the results. My air is now more wash that I am breathing through my nose that was once always congested up. The Heating, Ventilation plus A/C men totally solved that problem.
