Over time, even if the quality of the janitorial work remains consistent, the price will gradually go up. When it is time to sign up for another year of cleaning services, the price is always higher. At that point, I start shopping for a difference commercial cleaning service. I then have the opportunity to negotiate for a better price. The company is willing to start at a low cost to get the business.
