I am convinced that my spouse wants our lake house to look terrible.
He is consistently adding junk to the home.
Anytime someone is throwing out old wood, my spouse takes it. He will take old patio furniture, & cares about going to garage sales. The junk then lives in our lawn or inside of the home. I can’t get rid of his junk or he gets real frustrated. The newest thing my spouse has linked himself to is a bunch of old space heaters. Somebody was throwing out the gas heating systems for a wonderful reason. One is rusted, 1 entirely caught on fire before & the other 1 has a mangy cord. The gas heating systems look terrible & don’t even heat all that well, and my spouse is convinced this will allow us to run our heating system less & save some currency. I do not care for to cut it to him, however it certainly is more currency to run the space gas heating systems due to the electric. Also, our electric is not up to code. With the space gas heating systems running, I can’t run the tea maker or the breaker trips. I am always turning off our power due to those stupid space heaters. I want to whip them out the front door or cut them with a baseball bat. My spouse cares about that he got a gas furnace for free. I am trying to convince him that space gas heating systems are not like finding a furnace on the side of the road. We could have obtained new 1s at a hardware store for next to nothing. We also don’t need them.
