As we are getting ready to celebrate twenty years, we can’t help but look back over the years. In the beginning we really didn’t know where the road would take us and we have been surprised, at times, that we have made it this far. There have been struggles and successes over the years. Our lives have taken some really drastic turns too with the growth of our families and changes at our job. You may be thinking I am talking about a marriage, children, or friendship, but, I am talking about our business. Yes, it is similar to those aspects of a long life together in many ways. We started our small HVAC repair business twenty years ago and have nurtured it, much like a child, and have become an award winning service company with a large customer base. We have been voted number one in customer service several times and are very proud of this designation. We have always prided ourselves on timely, professional service and maintaining certification for all of our technicians. Many of our customers have been with us since the early days and we always reward this loyalty with discounts on purchases and service. This is not to say it has always been easy, on the contrary. There were years when we felt like giving up or that we couldn’t afford to go on, but, during those times, we came out stronger by sticking to our principles and taking care of our valued customers. This is very similar to most aspects of life. If you stick to it, nurture it, and stay fast to your goals, you can succeed and look back over what you have accomplished with pride
