I was brought up the same way as my parents told me to always keep my room clean plus I always had to help with cleaning the house on the weekends. I am trying to teach my children the same plus relaying the message that a clean home can minimize allergens plus illnesses. My buddy and I do have a pet plus sometimes she does smell so my pal and I try to at least bathe her every few weeks. The other morning she came into my home plus something smelt entirely bad. He also checked all the electrical wiring to make sure that there was no loose electrical linkions. Luckily there wasn’t so this made the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C worker’s job a little easier, however after some tinkering on the barings plus blower motor, my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system was good as current again.

Christmas time is one of my favorite holidays while in the year..My family plus I get all together plus my friend and I exchange presents, discuss family memories plus care about the celebration through a truly big dinner.

There’s a lot more to Christmas than just the opening up presents.

To us, it’s about remembering the ones that my friend and I have lost plus enjoying the people plus creating new memories with the family members that are with us this week. When it comes to gifts, our family does a secret santa. Around Thanksgiving time my friend and I draw names out of a bin plus purchase a present for the name that my friend and I drew. When I was opening up my gift I was trying to look at the faces who would have given it away that it was them. When I opened it up I was surprised! I received a Wi-Fi smart thermostat! I knew immediately who got this for me. It was my Mom. My associate and I had a long discussion about redoing my house plus the Heating & A/C unit that is installed. I have consistently wanted this type of thermostat in my condo plus now I had a occasion to install it. With a smart thermostat you are able to control your thermostat plus set the heating plus cooling through your iphone. So if I am at labor plus I know that is going to be colder when I get home, I can set it to a much higher temperature so that my heating system will kick on. I cannot wait to use my smart thermostat, plus I know my Mom will be right there assisting me on how to use it.

Last Thursday was absolutely one of the most stressful afternoons I have ever had at my location of employment.

I was on my way condo from labor thinking plus daydreaming about my day.

I still had a lot of things to do but I was already over my hours for the day plus just wanted to go home. There are a lot of calls that still needed to be made plus a lot of filing to do, but I forced myself to leave labor plus head home. On my way condo I saw an Heating & A/C van broken down on the side of the road. Since I am a professional automobile mechanic I decided to pull over plus see what the issue was. Now I am harshly aware of what I look into when choosing an HVAC service. I like to search them online plus look at any reviews. If there is one bad review I will not go with them. I also like to look on their website plus see what kind of other services they offer. HVAC companies should be particularly reputable with multiple good reviews, multiple bizarre locations, have multiple programs such as do-it-yourself, maintenance programs plus financial programs. When I see a dealer offer multiple bizarre services I feel as if they are particularly know-howable plus that they hire particularly trained dealers. I also like to read the corporation’s mission statement. I find that a mission statement is particularly important for a dealer in its overall success. Plus I guess it’s important that an HVAC dealer allows free estimates for an HVAC dealer to come plus provide you a price on how much it would cost. To learn more about an HVAC dealer in your area, do research plus don’t be afraid to ask questions before an HVAC dealer comes out plus during their maintenance on your HVAC system.

I’m able to go outside & prefer the snow & mountains with a lot of my friends. When the snow hits & there’s enough on the mountain to go snowboarding, my friends & I will pack up & take a long weekend to go the resort. There are some things that I don’t absolutely care for when winter time does roll around. I have a very long driveway so shoveling & snow plowing are not my favorite things to do doing, it is very time-consuming. Also in my apartment it seems as if there are certain rooms that are colder than others. I have some vents & one of the vents blows out a lot of heat & in some other rooms there is very minimal heat blowing out of the vents. Before I wanted to leave my apartment for a few days I wanted to call my Heating, Ventilation & A/C system to see exactly what was going on. I told him about how some rooms feel colder than others. He told me that it sounds like I have a very unbalanced ductwork system. When the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional came over he took a lot of measurements. He told me he was taking machine measurements of supply, return, room-by-room uneven temperatures & measuring airflow output from each vent, with also checking any leakage from the ductworks. After receiving the data that was needed to determine if there was an unbalance in my ductwork, he found that on the one side of my apartment near the two coldest rooms, the ductwork was off at least ten degrees!
