Very efficient air conditioning

This year, I was fully devoted to getting a new HVAC system installed in my home.

I worked so many overtime hours and saved up as much money as I could.

I had to do this because my old HVAC system was always having problems and breaking down. I knew that I couldn’t continue to afford getting repairs all the time, it just wasn’t worth it. Also, I wasn’t sure how I would make it through another winter season. I actually had the furnace break down in the middle of last winter, and that wasn’t a fun occasion. It was costly to have the furnace fixed and I just couldn’t deal with that. So when I felt like I saved up enough money, I ended up reaching out to different HVAC companies and had a couple of free quotes. I honestly was disappointed with the cost because I was short by around $2,000 and I didn’t think I would be able to get a new HVAC installed before the winter. I asked my parents if they could help me with the rest of the money I needed for a new HVAC. They said they would love to help, but they were in a tight spot financially as well, so they couldn’t afford to lend me any money. Then my mother asked why I didn’t ask the HVAC company about payment plan options. She said most places like that would have some sort of payment plan for the convenience of the customer. I don’t know why I didn’t think of that and so I called the HVAC company that provided the best deal. I asked if they had payment plan options, and they did! I was so happy when I was able to get my new HVAC installed.

• Of course, I was surprised when he asked if I would testify on his behalf.

He wanted me to tell the court about how he was a good father and did everything he could for his children. I wasn’t sure if I could do this, but he really was a good father so I couldn’t say no. When I eventually went to court to testify, I felt extremely nervous. On top of that, I felt like the air conditioning system wasn’t working in the court building. I was wondering if it was just me, but it seemed that my brother was sweating too. I wondered if it really was from a lack of air conditioning or if we were just nervous. When I was sworn in to testify, I actually asked the judge if the temperature control settings could be adjusted because it was so overheated in the room. The judge explained that there was trouble with the commercial HVAC system and there was a professional working on it. So I had to testify while sweating profusely. I felt like the people in court were thinking I was lying when I was talking about how great a father my brother was to those children. I even recalled reckless occasions when his ex-wife would go out and leave the kids with an abusive babysitter which I thought was messed up. She just wanted to go out and party all the time and it didn’t seem like she really cared about the well being of the children. I thought it was disappointing that the AC system finally kicked on after I was done testifying, but at least I did my part. My brother ended up getting custody, and I was happy to see that happen.

I was pretty excited after ordering a new DIY ductless mini split online.

It was delivered to my house within a week.

I really owe it to my friend who told me about these systems. I was actually looking for an affordable HVAC option, and this was it! My buddy helped me through the entire installation. At first, I felt like it was kind of sketchy drilling holes through the walls of my house, but when I saw how perfectly the line sets fit through the holes, I could understand the purpose for doing that. Everything slowly came together as we finished the installation. It was great when we were finally able to release the refrigerant into the system. The coolest thing is that the line sets had pre-compressed refrigerant. This is what makes it DIY, because you don’t need to call a professional to take care of charging refrigerant to the system. Of course, we checked all the lineset connections carefully for leaking refrigerant, and there were no leaks. At the end, I noticed there were these components that looked like flash drives. I asked what those were for, and my buddy said they were to make the HVAC system smart. Basically when you install those in the indoor air handlers, you could adjust the temperature control settings remotely since they connect to the wifi system. So we carefully hooked those up and I was amazed when I could find them easily on the network and adjust the temperature control settings with my phone! This is by far the coolest HVAC system I ever had, and my buddy and I took care of it without professional help!

When I told some friends that I wished I could find a good HVAC system for cheap, one friend said there was a way to find exactly like.

When I said that I had gone through numerous HVAC companies and all the quotes I got were fairly high priced, I thought it would be impossible to find something within my budget.

Then my friend started talking about DIY ductless mini split systems. He explained that these systems are designed to be straightforward to install by the average homeowner. He even got online and showed all of us the different models of DIY ductless mini splits. He said he never installed one of these on his own, but his cousin had some experience. I asked if his cousin would be able to help with the installation and he said he didn’t see why not. So he spoke to his cousin and the guy agreed to help us out. Then I looked at the different DIY ductless mini splits and found one that was easily affordable with 4 zones! This means customized temperature control settings in every zone, and this whole thing almost seemed too good to be true. It didn’t take long for the ductless mini split to be delivered after I purchased it. Then we made arrangements to install this thing on a weekend. Everybody came out, including my friend’s cousin who was the guy with experience. He wasn’t an HVAC professional or anything, he just decided to install one of these systems at his house. He made the installation seem entirely easy. It was only the electrical part that made me nervous, but we had the power shut off when hooking everything up. The new system works great and I owe it all to my friends and my buddy’s cousin.

I took care of some more HVAC tasks since my boss requested that before I went to the funeral.

The family I provided a consultation with were very friendly and helped me through this ordeal. I know we’re not supposed to talk about our personal lives when doing HVAC work, but I was on the verge of tears when trying to tell this nice family about the different HVAC systems on the market. I was trying to tell them all about modern boiler systems, radiant heated floors, geothermal HVAC systems, and more. They ended up asking what was going on and they helped me talk about what I was feeling, which actually gave me a great deal of relief. When we finally made arrangements for a new HVAC installation, they asked if I could be there to install their new HVAC when I got back after the funeral. They wanted to know how I was doing and they also trusted that I would do a great job on their new HVAC installation. I ended up telling them how a geothermal HVAC system was the best because it’s the most energy efficient, there’s no risk of carbon monoxide, and this system is the most friendly for the environment. I also told them how even though it’s costly to have installed, this type of system can last as long as 50 years with regular care and maintenance. They were all very impressed. When I came back and helped with the new installation, I ended up giving this family a couple of free UV air purifiers. I insisted on the gifts because they helped me through a hard time in my life after losing a loved one, and these friendly people became really good friends of mine.

I told my boss at the HVAC company that I would need to take time off for the funeral. He said I could take the time of course, but he needed me to do a few more work assignments and provide a family with a consultation because they were interested in going for a new HVAC installation. I honestly was very upset and wasn’t sure I could do the work, but he told me I would be fine. So I took care of a few different work assignments like installing a new thermostat and doing a tune-up on a cooling system. When I finally got to the family who wanted a consultation, I was as friendly as possible but it was hard to put my heart into the work. When I was trying to tell this family about the different HVAC systems we could install, my mind kept going blank and I think I almost cried at one point. The family kept asking me if I was okay and then I couldn’t help it and told them how my cousin passed away recently and how we were so close. These nice people told me that I didn’t have to stick around, they could always get a consultation another time. I told them I could do this though and they actually cheered me up a bit because they were so friendly. They actually were interested when I told them about ductless multi-split systems which give you customized comfort in numerous zones. They said they were always fighting over the thermostat, so that sounded perfect. So I made arrangements for the new installation with them, and finally I was able to make my way to the funeral.

Recently, my buddies started talking about different ghost tours, and there’s this school that closed a long time ago that was supposedly haunted.

My friends were even saying they suspected the school closed because of all the paranormal activity, and there were a lot of interesting stories.

They said how desk chairs would sometimes be flipped over and things would move around on their own, while lockers would open and slam shut all the time. It sounded kind of spooky to me, but we ended up going to this place with some recording devices and cameras for EVPs and trying to catch something on camera. It was a very hot day and I remember telling everybody that there had better be air conditioning in the building. One of my friends said he thought there wasn’t any air conditioning whatsoever, but maybe we would be lucky. Because of this, I insisted we stop at a place to get a portable AC unit, so I wouldn’t have to be overheated while going on this ghost hunting adventure. When we got to the old school, we were granted access and we went walking around. It was very overheated, so I was happy I had the portable AC unit. Still, the portable AC unit didn’t do much to lower the temperatures in the building. While we were recording though, our camera batteries died and it became very cold in the building, like the AC system was running. I told everybody I thought there was no AC in the building, and they told me that wasn’t air conditioning. They said that spirits typically make different areas entirely frigid like that. I was happy when we were finally done after we experienced lockers opening and shutting and other things were moving.

When I went with my wife recently to go grocery shopping, we were both surprised by how overheated the store was. I asked my wife if we should go somewhere else to shop, but she said all the things she needed were in this particular grocery store. She insisted on going to speak with the manager at the store and asked how we were supposed to do our shopping when it was so overheated in the store. I tried to tell my wife it was not such a big deal, but she kept on going and the manager listened to her without interrupting. When she was finally done talking, he told her that they actually had an HVAC professional working on the commercial cooling system in the grocery store. He had already been working on the system for about an hour, and he said he supposed that the HVAC professional was almost finished with his work. He even said they have a high velocity cooling system, so the store would cool down very quickly once it was turned on. It was crazy because as we were there talking about the HVAC system, it suddenly turned on. The manager smiled and said that the HVAC professional must’ve been done after all. My wife and I were surprised at how fast the temperatures dropped to a comfortable level. I apologized to the manager, and he said it was no problem and even gave us a discount for 10% off our entire order, for the inconvenience. My wife told me if we didn’t go to speak to the manager, we wouldn’t have saved that extra money, and we wouldn’t have known what kind of HVAC system was being used in the grocery store.

In recent times, I have been feeling sick all the time at home and I would get severe headaches. I took headache medicine and usually I would find no relief. I thought I could only be sick for so long too, but it seemed like a never-ending illness like I had some kind of chronic health condition. I ended up going to see my doctor and he started talking to me about my HVAC equipment and if I had my ductwork system cleaned. I actually never thought to have my ductwork system cleaned, but I imagined that it was not very clean at all. So I ended up going through a local HVAC company and the HVAC professional carefully checked everything out with my HVAC system. He checked the ductwork and it was in pretty bad shape. He said not only were there tons of blockages in my ductwork with tons of dirt and debris, but there was also mold growing in different sections. He said ductwork cleaning and ductwork sealing would be the way to fix this problem. He told me how I could expect much lower energy costs and an HVAC system that will last longer with regular duct maintenance. I felt like I had nothing to lose, so I went for the recommended services. He showed me before and after pictures, and I was stunned to be honest. Of course, after the ductwork cleaning and sealing, the air quality improved, my energy bills lowered dramatically, and I felt better than ever at home! I’m sure glad I called that HVAC company for help after speaking with my doctor.

I have never been a huge fan of solicitors, so I wasn’t too happy when this HVAC professional came to my house.

At least, that’s how I felt at first.

When he said he was there to give me a free UV air purifier, I immediately asked him what the catch was. He said I simply had to complete a survey with him and he would have a few more questions when the survey was concluded. So I answered all the questions and it really wasn’t such a big deal, considering I was going to get a really nice UV air purifier. I always wanted to have one of those but I knew they were pretty expensive. So after the survey was completed, he had his own questions. He asked me if I was happy with my HVAC system and he asked about how old it was. When I told him it was going on 14 years, he took note of that. Eventually, he asked me if I would be interested in getting a quote for a new HVAC system. He talked about the different HVAC systems they installed like dual-fuel heating systems, boilers, geothermal HVAC systems, ductless multi-splits and more. Because the quotes would be free, I had no issue with going for it. Before I knew it, I had another friendly HVAC professional at my house telling me all the benefits of different types of systems. For my home, he recommended that I go for a ductless multi-split system. The thing that intrigued me was the HVAC zones and the energy efficiency of such a system. I couldn’t believe it, I wasn’t planning on going for a new HVAC, but I ended up having a ductless multi-split installed and I’m very pleased with it!
