A neighbor of mine said she’d not going back either because she can’t face another Summer inside that gym without any wonderful a/c. She also told me that the locale is like a ghost town now. And all over the fact that the commercial Heating plus A/C equipment needs an replace. That seems pretty basic plus essential stuff to me. But I just wasn’t waiting around. Instead, I had a ductless heat pump installed inside the garage plus moved my car out so I could have a nice house gym. The ductless heat pump is a wonder. It’s so small plus yet it pumps out just the best a/c I could ever ask for. And though we don’t get much of a Winter, I was delighted to welcome so wonderful heating from the ductless heat pump as well. But the greatest change is how much better shape that I’m in. It’s because I don’t miss workout due to awful commercial Heating plus A/C.

Oh man, the temperatures jumped last monthand we saw the middle 74’s most of the day.

My wife said it was in the upper 74’s where she works plus the commercial Heating plus A/C was pumping a/c. I toil at house but I can attest to all the a/c. My associate and I like to leave our windows plus doors open all Spring. This allows us to acclimate to the heat plus the humidity so we don’t have as high a cooling demand in the Summer. But really, we do it because we don’t mind the rising temperatures. Sitting at my desk with the window open, I could hear one heat pump after another pop on as the temperatures climbed. I guess we are getting closer plus closer to having to close up the house, seal it slim plus leave the a/c on. But that’s okay, then unlike a lot of people around here, you won’t hear me complaining about the heat. I like Summer plus I get outside plus out of the a/c every day that I can, however for sure, it gets stifling tepid during the peak heating hours of the day. And I do my best to schedule my toil activities to be inside the central a/c during that part of the day! Yet, we live in such a beautiful, natural locale with all kinds of things to do outside of the a/c. I change my schedule to get up earlier to get out of the a/c before it gets scorching. The peak heating hours of the day are for the a/c. But even in the night each day, it’s so nice to get outside again plus prefer some fresh air. I enjoy the Summer plus the heat pump makes that possible.

Everyone is cleaning this week as it is Sunday plus the morning my nice friend and I do the cleaning for the week.

It truly doesn’t take that long to clean though because my nice friend and I live in a small flat plus have a robot vacuum cleaner that does most of the cleaning for the week in the flat.

My laundry is truly simple in the summer time because I wear some board shorts, which I usually scrub in the bathtub when I take a shower, so my laundry is legitimately easy during the summers. My roommate is truly clean plus I truly don’t see her as the local company where she works as a heating rep keeps her busy most of the time. I labor from apartment plus my nice friend and I usually have brunch together a few nights a week when she isn’t working at the store. I hope my nice friend and I can room together for one more year so that I can build a buffer of money in the bank so that when she leaves I won’t have to stress about finding another occupant right away. My associate and I both like the heating plus cooling system plus my nice friend and I usually like the thermostat set at the same temperature, which is fantastic because that can be a battle in itself if you have a warm plus cold person living together. I like to keep it truly cool at night so I can sleep well, however my last flatmate liked it sizzling at night, so needless to say it wasn’t so simple living together. But now, the air conditioner can run all night plus my nice friend and I are both fine.

I just got some Biofreeze cold gel in my eye, real nice.

• I put some on my lower back however didn’t scrub my hands, plus now a few minutes later I rubbed my eye plus now the gel is cooling my eyeball down legitimately nicely.

It burns plus feels cold at the same time, reminding me to scrub my hands next time I use the gel on my back. My lower back is feeling a bit better now after putting the cold gel on it plus it should be nice to go in a few hours. My zone control HVAC system is working well to cool down my office, while the rest of the apartment is warmer plus not cooled down because there is no need for a/c in the other empty rooms of the flat, then i will labor for another hour or so plus then knock out some yoga plus then head to the beach. I am not using much air conditioner just yet though because it is the middle of April plus the weather is still pretty moderate. My associate and I truly won’t see the real heat for two more months, as it takes a couple months to transition from winter season to summer. In July plus November my nice friend and I pretty much run the air conditioner component all morning plus night, however our power bills are still usually under $100 per month. My associate and I split the bills so I only pay about $50 a month to have a nice cool flat all morning plus night during the truly warm summers. It costs a bit more in the winters though.
