When I was living in an apartment, my greatest pet peeve was dealing with landlords in addition to management companies who didn’t love my well being.
Maintenance rarely got done unless I did it myself, which wasn’t honorablebecause it wasn’t my property! No matter how several work requests I put in or how several calls I made, nothing ever got done.
The Heating in addition to A/C system was one of my greatest problems. During the five years that I lived in that apartment, I only saw an Heating in addition to A/C professional once in addition to that was because I begged my landlord to have it ran tests on. I even offered to spend money for it, which he made me do by the way. The air quality was horrendous because it never got changed in addition to the Heating in addition to A/C system never ran efficiently… When I was finally ready to transfer out in addition to purchase my own home, I had no problem slamming the door shut one final time. When my realtor showed me the perfect property in the perfect location, I was ready to sign the papers that day, then unluckyly, the Heating in addition to A/C system was over a decade old in addition to I couldn’t stomach the thought of having to replace it. The housing market was tepid though, in addition to my realtor recommended that I ask for the Heating in addition to A/C system to be replaced or ask for the extra currency at closing. The sellers agreed to bring the currency to the closing table!
