She wanted to go all ductless with her heating and air conditioning to save money on her energy bills. This happens to be a pretty expensive decision. She had already spent a small fortune. She spent a few weeks collecting information about how the conversion happens. It was kind of complicated, but she understood it well enough because a friend with some HVAC knowledge helped her through it. To my surprise, my sister completed the conversion and was all set up with her ductless mini split units without the help of any HVAC technicians.

At the end of the day, I successfully converted my ductless mini split cooling units. I am so glad I bet on myself instead of forking over even more money to some HVAC company.

Lately, the weather has been so hot and humid that my central air conditioning unit has been pushed to its limit.

The last few days, the air conditioning has been running non stop from day till the late evening.

If I had a regular control unit, it truly would have just kept running all hours of the day and night. That would have been way worse than what was going on here, so having the smart control unit turned out to be a worthwhile investment. This is especially true because this heat is unrelenting. The weather forecast is calling for several more weeks of record setting heat and high humidity. It’s a blessing that we have such amazing heating and cooling technology. I don’t know what I would do without my air conditioning and my smart thermostat powering me through this heatwave.

Typically, the summers in my hometown are warm, but it doesn’t get too hot.

We can usually manage just fine throughout the summer season. However, we are in the middle of a heatwave that has swept over the town. I am just grateful that my roommates and I have a smart thermostat. It has been so hot that we seem to just leave the air conditioning running at all times. Recently, my husband and I upgraded to a smart thermostat. It turned out to be just in time for a horrible heatwave that hit our city. Lately it has been so warm here that our central heating as well as A/C system idea was running non stop from morning till the late evening hours,when we could finally give the AC a rest! The air conditioning system was going non stop for most of the day, but because of our brand new smart thermostat, we were able to optimize the moments where we could give the AC a break. The A/C system would shut off in the late evening thanks to the smart thermostat. If we had a regular thermostat, it would have just kept running constantly because we would be asleep and unable to turn it off. That would have been way worse than what was going on here. So having the smart thermostat came in great use in times like this. It looks like things are going to be this way for a while, as this heatwave is expected to last almost two weeks. But it is ok because our central heating as well as A/C system is fully ready for it with our great smart thermostat. I just had our central heating as well as A/C system tuned up by our local HVAC company. I’m glad we are prepared to combat this terrible heatwave we are experiencing. I thank god for modern Heating as well as A/C technology and smart thermostats that are keeping us cool in the most energy efficient way possible.

So we are all good to go to fight this awful heatwave we are experiencing. I thank god for modern HVAC technology, smart thermostats and the great air conditioning that we have today.
