I remember dad saying that you never had real perfect lighting if you married an electrician, even though he never said anything about heating and air conditioning servicemans; I also assumed they were the same way, and I was positive they were… After this past weekend My husband had been an actual heating and air conditioning serviceman for the last numerous years, even though he was quite neglectful when it came to our home! He changed the air filters, but then he showed our child how to change the air filters so he wasn’t wasting a lot of time he could put into his job, and last year, he showed our child how to do the servicing on the air conditioning unit.

He wanted to try and see if our child was interested in being an actual heating and air conditioning serviceman, and he thought the best plan was to let him do the job.

My youngest child told myself and others he didn’t want to labor on the air conditioning. He thought his dad would get frustrated if he made a mess of the job. I also knew he was undoubtedly right, but I could not tell him that. I asked if he did the servicing on the air conditioning unit, and he said he did the best he could, then this afternoon I woke up, and there was no heat in the house. I quickly called the heating and air conditioning company where our husband worked, and hoped he would answer the phone. Instead, I simply got the owner of the heating and air conditioning company and told him our furnace was broken. He said that as soon as our husband got in, he would send him home. His first priority was to his own heating and air conditioning machine and not to someone else entirely.

I adore watching ice hockey.

When we were younger, all the guys and I played youth hockey together, and we continued to play even after moving up to a higher league.

We brought our wives or girlfriends to the skating rink with us now that we were out of school, and they cheered us on as we played ice hockey. The ice had already melted last week when we were all at the skating rink. I assumed there had to be a justification for why the ice skating rink had to be shut down. I went to the front desk and inquired about the length of time it would take to completely freeze the skating rink. The young lady replied that she wasn’t sure. Although they had called the HVAC company, no one had yet arrived. We have a job to do, I said as I turned to face my friends. I was confident that we could fix the ice skating rink and get it ready for use because two of us were HVAC technicians. I informed her that the HVAC professionals had shown up to save the day and had gone to the location of the frozen unit. To fix the air conditioner and begin the freezing process, took close to an hour. In order to ensure that the skating rink froze uniformly, they brought out the Zamboni and began spreading a fresh layer of water on it. The freezing happened while we were sitting around eating hot dogs and french fries, but the HVAC professionals saved the day. When the HVAC company technician eventually showed up, the game was already halfway over. At least we didn’t lose any money because I was employed by the HVAC company they called.
