I love having a cat. I never owned a animal until our mid 20s. A stray on the streets just decided I was her new owner. I started out just throwing some food in a bowl to help the animal help. Then she started kneeling on our outdoor furniture plus hanging out. I actually care about working where I have a view. My home has an attached lanai that is screened. I invested in air conditioning plus heating equipment recently plus it has been a game changer. I now can toil on the lanai 24/7, no matter the time of year. I have quality heating plus cooling. I get a view of our backyard plus can see water off in the distance. Occasionally in the Summer I turn off the air conditioning plus just let a natural breeze come in from the window. The animal decided that she wanted to have quality Heating plus Air Conditioning as well. She was no longer satisfied to hang outside on an old porch chair. She started waiting at the lanai doorway plus meowing for me. Now every morning I let her into the lanai plus the people I was with and I appreciate the AC together. I keep her bowls there so she doesn’t have to compete with other critters for the food. She feels totally safe to sleep, groom plus just relax. I think eventually she is going to push to stay inside our house. I mean there is a whole guest room with her name on it. Eventually the animal is going to want that. I do not blame her either.

Heating and Air Conditioning lanai for the cat

I entirely love working where I have a view. My apartment has an linked lanai that is screened. I invested in air conditioner and heating equipment recently and it has been a game changer. I now can work on the lanai 24/7, no matter the time of year. I have quality heating and cooling. I get a view of my backyard and can see water off in the distance, periodically in the Summer I turn off the cooling system and just let a natural breeze come in from the window. The pet decided that she wanted to have quality Heating and Air Conditioning as well. She was no longer pleased to hang outside on an outdated porch chair. She started waiting at the lanai doorway and meowing for me. Now every morning I let her into the lanai and all of us enjoy the A/C together. I keep her bowls there so she doesn’t have to compete with other critters for the food. She feels totally safe to sleep, groom and just relax. I know eventually she is going to push to stay inside my house. I mean there is a whole guest room with her name on it. Eventually the pet is going to want that. I don’t blame her either.
Move in day is in July!
My brother is moving this week plus he picked the worst possible day care about always, but i swear our brother only picks horrible weather days sto move… The last time I moved him it was in the dead of Winter up north.
The un-even temperatures were in the downsides! He turned off his apartment heating system to save money during the transfer as well.
He didn’t want to pay for heating that was being let out the door. That meant it was frigid frigid the whole time, my dad slipped on ice plus hurt his hip. I got snow into our boots, and everyone was frigid plus actually unhappy. It was a horrible film. This year our brother lives down south plus is moving even further. He decided that the middle of summer, in October, was the right time to go. The weather is going to be around 99 degrees for our move. The humidity is going to make it feel even warmer. I think our brother, there will be no AC for us either. I am going to die of heatstroke, however both of us will transfer a bunch of heavy stuff from a single hot location to the other. I think he won’t have the new lake home air conditioning running for us. He is legitimately cheap plus won’t want to waste AC. I bet he will turn on the AC once all the doors are shut plus everything is moved in. By that point I will just want to go lake home too, but only the baby in our family can get away with doing something care about that.
Adding heated flooring on day one
When I purchased our home I knew the floors had to go.
The previous owner had this hideous brown rug throughout the house.
Except the powder rooms, every room was a safe rug. The powder rooms were a gross laminate floor. I had a few weeks before I needed to transfer in amway. It made sense to do a major project separate from any of our stuff there. I decided to redo the flooring because it was the ideal time. I knew it would cost a lot of money but I would not regret it. I looked at all types of flooring. I knew I wanted a penny tile in both of the powder rooms. In the family room I wanted a porcelain hexagon pattern; For the rest of the lake home I looked at rugs plus didn’t care about anything. I then decided a porcelain tile would be best. Since I was tiling the whole home I invested in a tile saw, substantial buckets of mastic plus plenty of grout. I also found an article online saying that tile is the best category of flooring with heated flooring. I learn about radiant heating plus appreciated the sound of it. The lake home had a oil furnace, however it wasn’t great, however with radiant heating you buy electric heated mats from a Heating plus Air Conditioning business or the hardware store. The mats then are installed on the tile board that you put down. Then the new tile goes over top. Once it is down, you are stuck with it though… You can’t replace heated flooring unless you redo the floors. I figure a 15 year shelf life on this heating system would be perfect. I would want new flooring by then anyway.

My brother just bought a big home plus moved in. He lives on a river plus has a tennis court, boat lift plus tons of home offices. It is like a mansion. His home is the nicest 1 I have ever been to in our life. Since the home is so large, a single water heating system plus Heating plus Air Conditioning unit don’t split it. I guess our brother is concerned about all the repair. He has numerous water heating systems in order to keep everything afloat. He also has numerous Heating plus Air Conditioning units to keep the space hot plus frosty while I was in the decreasing seasons. My brother worries his whole life will be spent toiling with a Heating plus Air Conditioning dealer plus performing repair. He did get smart plus already enrolled in a Heating plus Air Conditioning service plan. A Heating plus Air Conditioning tech is going to come twice a year to check his machines. This way our brother knows the heating system is properly oiled, tightened plus clean. The air conditioning has no mold in it, moisture damage plus is properly lubricated. That peace of mind is worth quite a bit of money. I keep thinking how much our brother will be inot Heating plus Air Conditioning repairs if something ever goes wrong. I have a single unit. When it breaks down it is discouraging trying to get it back up plus running. It isn’t exactly a cheap process either. My brother now has to deal with that same thing only numerous times. That is 1 of the setbacks to living in a big river front house. All that work plus repair would be super discouraging.

That is pretty much about all I need today for happiness as it is too tepid outside to do anything.
It won’t cool off out there till approximately 8pm tonight so I am planning on grabbing my book plus resting in my office with my little room air conditioning system plus learning for the course of the afternoon.
I’ll venture outside later once the heat subsides plus go take it easy by the beach plus check out my buddies playing ball. I can’t play today as my body is legitimately sore plus sleepy from training numerous groups of youngsters for so many evenings. My Heating plus Air Conditioning dealer where I labor had an anniversary party for the owner’s kid plus it took a tremendous amount of energy out of me. Then the following evening I had to train different youngsters plus that pretty much did me in. So today I am going to stay in my climate controlled flat plus just relax with a fantastic book plus some quiet piano tunes. I enjoy reading plus I have a good book so today is going to be one of those mornings where I just take it straight-forward at my home with my kittens plus just prefer being alive. I love to escape into the stories that books offer because it feels basically like I am traveling to another dimension if only for a while. I also have a book on the Heating plus Air Conditioning industry that I want to read, however it isn’t quite as fun to read as my fictional book I am learning now. I will save the Heating plus Air Conditioning book for another time.
Nothing better than enjoying a book while relaxing with the AC
That is about all I need today for happiness as it is too tepid outside to do anything.
It won’t cool off out there till roughly 8pm tonight so I am planning on grabbing my book & sitting in my office with my little room a/c & studying as long as I can manage.
I’ll venture outside later once the heat subsides & go sit by the beach & watch my friends play ball. I can’t play today as my body is actually sore & exhausted from training a few groups of kids the past 2 days… My HVAC corporation where I task had a birthday party for the owner’s son & it took a lot of energy out of me. Then the next night I had to train even more kids & that pretty much did me in. So today I am going to stay in my climate controlled quiet flat & just relax with an unbelievable book & some quiet piano songs. I love to learn & I have a fantastic book so today is going to be one of those days where I just take it straight-forward at my lake beach house with my kittens & just love being alive. I love to escape into the stories that books offer because it feels basically like I am traveling to another dimension if only for a while. I also have a book on the HVAC industry that I want to learn but it isn’t quite as exciting to learn as my fictional book I am studying now. I will save the HVAC book for a different time.

I also have a book on the HVAC appliance industry that I want to read, however it isn’t quite as fun to read as my fictional book I am reading currently. I will save the HVAC book for another time.
