Renting out a whole warehouse is what I had to do when I was storing some old heating and air conditioning equipment I had.
The heating and air conditioning equipment came from the HVAC dealership that my grandfather owned.
He passed away a month ago and left me the business plus all of the back stock of the heating and air conditioning products. There were also some other things in there that I had to store in this warehouse. Usually when you think of warehouses you think of really hot and muggy places with lousy air quality. However this warehouse that I was paying for per month was really great with the temperature control in it! It was always the best perfect temperature and the air quality was beyond stellar! It turns out that this warehouse was really high class. They had a central heating and air conditioning system that was top of the line and even a whole home air purification system. I was really shocked by how good this place was! I was able to store everything in there and when i would walk into the place I felt so relaxed and great. Words can not describe the great temperature control and air quality in the place. I have told others about this warehouse that I know and they are looking into renting space for themselves as well. I do know a lot of people who use warehouses for business and other things. If anyone in my area is looking for a warehouse with great air quality, this place here is the one to go to!
