we won't use the fireplace until the bats are gone

The other afternoon, our frazzled husband came upstairs plus he told me that the people I was with and I had accumulated bats in the house.

This kind of distraught me because of course, as much as I love bats, I don’t want them flying around in our house.

Bats belong outside eating bugs plus not in our family apartment dive bombing our head. I remember way back when I was a kid. The two of us didn’t have air vents that went all the way upstairs. All of the heating would go up the stairway from the vent plus into the upstairs plus the main area of the small apartment would be frosty. Mom would put curtains up to the narrow stairwell to keep the heat from going upstairs. There was 1 afternoon, the people I was with and I were heading upstairs in order to get some clothing out for the next afternoon. Mom stopped, and looked puzzled. She couldn’t figure out where the hole in the curtain had come from All of a sudden. When she reached out to touch the hole, it wasn’t a hole however it was a bat plus it flew right into her hair. That was when I actually first realized I didn’t love bats plus I knew I never wanted them living in our home. When our husband told me there were bats in the basement, I told him he had to figure out where they were coming from. He realized that when he was cleaning the flu for the oil furnace, there very well must have been a bat or 2 in the chimney. He had left the cheating flu open for about several minutes while he got his tools, however obviously it was enough time for the bats to get directly into the house. He finished cleaning the flu plus closed up the chimney before going upstairs. Now the people I was with and I can’t even use the oil furnace.
