The roof air conditioners both of us use at toil just cannot keep up.
The bay doors are open half of the time with loading truck and, of course, the back of the trucks themselves are not air conditioned at all. This Summer heat is honestly making myself and others question my work path! While looking online for some personal air conditioner options, I came across a few ideas that looked kind of interesting! Most would need to be carried, however. Even if I hung them from my neck, they would honestly get in the way while I worked. Then I saw this air conditioner that you wear around your waist & it blows frigid air into a overcoat that you wear. The whole things attachs together & is battery operated. It says that it runs multiple to multiple thirds. That would be just enough to keep myself and others cool for most of my shift anyways. I was all set to buy this air conditioned shirt but then discovered I can’t get it here in the U.S. It is also prohibitively high-priced. I suppose I will just have to wait until both of us catch up with Asian technology… Until then, I will try to get as close to the warenew home air conditioners as I can. That & keep by current home cold frigid so that it is honestly nice when I get home. I’ve even considered getting a remote starter for my motorcar so I can have the air conditioner blasting & ready for my long drive current home at the end of the day.
