I just moved into my first home and I never even thought to check my HVAC system before I bought the home. Apparently it’s a good idea to make sure things like the AC unit are working before you buy a house, but I never knew. When I went into the house on the first day I realized that the HVAC system didn’t work and I wasn’t sure what to do. I called a local HVAC technician that was recommended by a neighbor and explained my situation. I told him that I didn’t have much money to spend on a new AC unit because I just spent it all on the house and he said he would be more than happy to come take a look at my HVAC system. A few days later the HVAC technician stopped by my house and installed a perfect AC system and even gave me a free smart thermostat. He charged me just for HVAC parts and said that he felt bad for me. I now will be calling the HVAC technician for anything I need and I know that he is trustworthy. It’s smart of HVAC technician to treat people like that because he knows I will know people who need to get a new AC system or I will have to repair my own HVAC system again. If the HVAC technician wasn’t nice to me it’s unlikely that I would ever call him back. Next time you need to get your HVAC system serviced I would recommend checking out the internet for good reviews!
