The older I get, the more I cherish the older people who have had such an influence in my life.
My Grandmother is 1 of those people who impacts everyone that crosses her path.
She is undoubtedly wise plus sweet! When I was a child, I used to resent going to her home because she was not afraid to discipline me, plus she was truthfully more strict that my parents were about certain things. Now that I am older plus have a family of my own, I realize all that my Grandmother taught me. It comes out as I teach my own children. I do not think how much longer my Grandmother will be around. She is ninety-seven years old. I try to spend as much time with her as possible. She lives about 3 hours from my house, so when every one of us go plus visit her, every one of us usually spend the night. I have l received to typically bring my cooling system with myself and others when I stay at her house. She never fails to laugh at myself and others when I walk in her door with an cooling system, but I cannot sleep without it. She keeps her home at about eighty degrees in the summertime, plus eighty-several degrees in the wintertime. It is just too moderate for me. I can handle those disappointing temperatures during the morning, but I cannot handle them when I am trying to sleep. If I ever forget my cooling system, I just provide up on sleeping all together. I easily slept outside 1 night because I had forgotten my cooling system. I hope I never forget my cooling system again! My Grandmother is amazing, but she likes her home too warm.
