I have been toiling in a current office for a few long months now. You would guess that my experience while constantly toiling here would be more or less the same since its your average old office job, however that just wasn’t the case. Unlike the easily calm and quite mellow type of style my outdated office had, this office was divided right up into numerous fighting teams. Half of the office thought that it was far too cold, and the other half thought that it was too hot. I don’t honestly suppose if it is because the workers in this office was full with mostly super young people fresh out of college instead of older more experienced sorts of people. Nearly every single day while at the office there would be an abrupt confrontation split out among the numerous sides of the political office. I assumed that the manager at my office would eventually step in from somewhere to diffuse the situation. That’s her job, right? Instead of helping out with the situation, when she showed up she made it only worse by threatening to have an HVAC repairman immediately come over to the office and remove all heating and cooling units in the office, like a parent would say. Instead of calming people down by the threat, of course it only made people test the limits even more. I am suddenly growing very tired of having to be the only adult in the whole entre office so I have gone ahead and started to look for other job opportunities. To me, the funniest thing is that I left my outdated job because this 1 had a higher salary there, however with all that has happened I am willing to labor for a lot less money. Only as long as the employees are actual adults who don’t bitch and complain about the HVAC settings!
