Older lake house needs new Heating, Ventilation plus A/C, plumbing, electrical systems put in there

I have an older lake house which is in need of some major and costly updates.

The heating, cooling, plumbing and electric systems are all ancient.

I have all sorts of complications with slow drainage, lack of water pressure, leaks and insufficient amounts of sizzling water. The entire plumbing proposal needs to be replaced, but I just can’t afford it. I’m truly uneasy about the safety of the ancient wires. If I run the toaster at the same time as the microwave, I trip the breaker. Although most of the ductwork is concealed in the walls, the sections that are visible are in truly bad condition. The seams have been taped repeatedly and yet there are still leaks and small holes. The air conditioner and heating system run for extremely long cycles and yet fail to achieve ideal comfort. In the winter, the house is regularly chilly and I’m convinced there’s no insulation in the walls. During the summer, we try to help out the air conditioner with box fans, however this leads to blowing fuses. I think that I need to replace the entire heating, cooling and duct system. I simply can’t decide what to tackle first. I would like to tear down the walls and do everything at once. I’d need a licensed plumber, electrician and Heating, Ventilation plus A/C contractor to come in, tear out the ancient equipment and install brand new. I’m sure the savings on my utility costs would help to recover the initial investment, and however, I’d need to take out a sizeable loan to pay for everything.
